Katie has over 13 years of property management and development including—construction, rehab, leasing, and marketing. She is committed to developing positive relationships with all of her tenants—both commercial and residential. She enjoys helping clients achieve their goals through collaboration, open communication, and creative problem solving.

Katie currently oversees AND Real Estate’s multifamily and commercial portfolios including—day-to-day management, tenant relations, and the plethora of other operations that go into successfully managing property.

In her free time, Katie enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, and gardening.
