AND Real Estate was founded in 2020 as a collaboration between Botwin Family Partners, Andrew Ganahl, and Katie Collum. Andrew and Katie bring a breadth of multi-family management and development experience, while Botwin has been developing and managing commercial real estate for over 30 years. They saw in each other a desire to develop and manage real estate that is excellent in both design and functionality. They believe in providing compassionate and responsible management for their tenants. Their hands-on approach to management comes from their desire to provide quality homes for individuals, families, and businesses across the Kansas City Metro Area.
